About Development Musically Inspired!

Hi I'm Heidi, I have been teaching piano lessons for over 35 years. I have a bachelors degree in Family Life Studies through Utah State University with emphasis in music courses. I have worked as a tutor and substitute in the public schools for seven years and for four years I worked as an Early Childhood Parent Educator to help parents facilitate learning for their infants and toddlers. I look forward to finding creative solutions for your family.

MY Expertise: MUSIC LEARNING to BUILD and RIENFORCE Pathways for fine and gross motor skills, sensory integration, language and communication skills, self-regulation, enhanced social interactions, problem-solving skills, and last but not least . . . I have found Heidi to be patient, insightful, adaptive, and caring in her work with my son Trevin. Trevin is on the Autism Spectrum. He doesn’t always follow the lesson plan but he knows when someone cares about him.

My daughter has been using Development Musically Inspired for about a year now to help with sensory integration. In the past year she has grown so much. She's learned so much through the gift of music and the hard work of Heidi.
